Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team in Pinehurst, NC. This full-time role offers two weekend schedule options: 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday–Sunday, with additional weekend pay and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will lead weekend nursing operations, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and coordinate care while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide direction to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care per individualized plans.
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, leadership, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team.
