Job summary

Anna Maria of Aurora Inc in Aurora, OH, is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for a Full Time Weekend Warrior role. You will supervise nursing assistants, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of service.

This 5-star, family-owned facility has served the community for 60+ years with stable leadership. Weekend hours are 7:00 AM–11:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday; pay ranges from $33–$42 per hour, with up to $44 for LPN and up to $51 for RN on full-time weekend

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support STNA team members.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment.
• Assist with staff orientation and training.
