Autumnwood Care Center in Tiffin, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Weekend Warrior shifts. This role provides direct nursing care, medication administration, and ongoing resident assessments on a scheduled weekend basis at an in-person facility.

Ideal candidates hold an active Ohio RN license, with strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a compassionate approach to resident care. New grads welcomed; BLS/CPR preferred. Weekend availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies appropriately.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment.

RN Weekend Warrior

Autumnwood Care Center - Tiffin, OH

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior! This position is perfect for nurses looking for a consistent weekend schedule while providing quality care to our residents.

As a Weekend Warrior RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, assessing resident needs, administering medications and treatments, and working closely with our nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

• Schedule: Weekend shifts
