Anna-Maria-of-Aurora,-Inc. is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs for full-time weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 7a-11p) at our 5-star, family-owned skilled nursing facility. Competitive pay up to $44/hr for LPN and up to $51/hr for RN, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support STNA team members.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment.
• Assist with staff orientation and training.
