CCH Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN to join the Weekend Warrior Nursing Team at Louisville Gardens in Louisville, Ohio. You will provide compassionate care to residents, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Ohio RN license, have experience in long-term care or rehab, and can communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care: You'll deliver nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety.

• Administer medications: You’ll be responsible for giving medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Monitor patient health: Regularly assess and record vital signs, symptoms, and conditions, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.

• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with RNs, LPNs, STNAs, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.

• Educate and support: Assist in educating residents and their families on health conditions, care plans, and any treatments or medications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a valid Ohio license.

• Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
