Cedarvale Commons in Washington Court House, OH is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team. The position offers a Weekend Warrior schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment focused on quality care and compassion for our residents.

As a Weekend Warrior Nurse, you will provide safe and compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with STNAs, physicians, families, and the care team to maintain high standards. Ohio licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Supervise and support STNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.

What You’ll Do

As a Weekend Warrior Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents while working closely with STNAs, fellow nurses, physicians, families, and other members of the care team.

Responsibilities include:
