Cedarvale Commons in Washington Court House, OH is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our compassionate care team. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents on weekends, collaborating with STNAs, nurses, physicians and families.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As a Weekend Warrior Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents while working closely with STNAs, fellow nurses, physicians, families, and other members of the care team.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized resident care




• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders




• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation




• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately




• Supervise and support STNAs to ensure quality resident care




• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations




• Build positive relationships with residents and their families




• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio




• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required




• Strong communication and organizational skills




• Dependable and committed to providing excellent resident care




• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented




• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
