Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations on the Weekend 1st Shift (Friday - Monday, 6:00am - 4:00pm) in Fairburn, GA. This role focuses on optimizing processes, coaching staff and ensuring accuracy and timely service.

You will manage schedules, monitor performance, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with leadership and other departments to drive continuous improvement. A hands-on, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
