Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-10:30pm) to lead daily warehouse activities and coach the team to maintain high standards.

You will ensure efficient operations, monitor quality, uphold the 7S program, and collaborate with leadership and other departments while delivering strong customer service. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, training, safety, and adherence to quality policies as part of GXO's

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
