Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the weekend evening shift in Texas. The role covers Saturday to Monday, 12:00pm–12:00am, with flexibility for shift days and hours.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coach for improved performance while ensuring quality and safety. Strong communication with leadership and teams is essential, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO environment is preferred.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
