Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Operations in Fairburn, GA to oversee key areas ensuring efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, ensure safety programs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will hire, train and develop staff, enforce quality objectives, and work with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments while maintaining strong operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee several important areas critical to keeping operations running smoothly
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety
• Make recommendations on programs to improve operations
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure records and reports are completed timely
• Ensure warehouse safety and OSHA compliance
