Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Weekend 1st Shift to oversee daily warehouse operations Friday through Monday, 6:00am to 4:30pm.

The role emphasizes team supervision, coaching, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
