Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift duties as needed
• Track movements on proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations with OSM
• Load/unload materials and stage them
• Check loads are secure
• Perform daily equipment checks on power equipment
• Examine products for quality conformance
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely
• Maintain a clean and Safe working environment
