Relogistics is hiring a Shift Lead in Carrollton, GA to supervise a small team during the 6:00am–2:30pm shift. You will partner with the On-Site Manager to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the On-Site Manager with shift and operating schedules.
• Help recruit and develop employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Manage supplies and office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements and enter data accurately.
• Support employee relations with local teams.
• Load and unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks and inspect product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
