Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Shift Lead in Pendergrass, GA. You will lead a team on evening shifts, coordinate schedules with the On-Site Manager, and ensure safety policies are followed while maintaining high productivity. Responsibilities include staff development, equipment checks, and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of supervisory experience, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. Competitive benefits and long-term opportunity are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best serve the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check to make sure loads are secure.
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
