DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Weekend Shift Operations Supervisor in Indiana. The role runs Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and focuses on guiding frontline teams to safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and implement processes that drive productivity while maintaining a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. This position supports DHL’s role as a global contract logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning and objective setting are valued.

• Lead and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; report findings to management.
