Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our weekend distribution center team as General Warehouse Associate II. You will handle receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to support our business needs, with a Friday–Sunday shift.

Key duties include pulling and loading items, receiving shipments, and processing returns. We value reliability, teamwork, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a distribution/warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Experience with unloading/loading/picking/packing/shipping/receiving processes.
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours for business needs/overtime.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starting attitude.
• Maintain integrity and honesty in actions.

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – operate power equipment and retrieve items for delivery or staging.
• Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores, and homes.
• Receive shipments, inspect and rack items within the distribution center.
• Package and manage returns from stores and customers within the distribution center.
