Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an experienced DC Operations Manager to oversee daily eCommerce fulfillment, supplies management, and service workflows across shifts. You will drive accuracy, quality, and productivity through robust processes and strong team leadership.

The role requires 7+ years in operations with at least 3 years in management, plus hands-on experience with warehouse systems (WMS Manhattan, RF inventory) and cross-functional collaboration with DC, Merchandising, and Store

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related work experience required.
• 7+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF-managed inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for your assigned shift and drive productivity.
• Lead safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach team and collaborate across DC Operations and Store Ops.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain safe, clean environments.
