Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Weekend Warehouse Lead to manage the Bloomingdale Receiving operations on Fri-Sun evenings. You will oversee daily tasks, delegate work, and ensure safe, efficient receipt and distribution of materials to contract manufacturers.

You will mentor staff, develop training plans, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize procedures, quality, and productivity across shifts at both Bloomingdale facilities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or training
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership experience preferred
• Experience operating Turret trucks, Dock Stockers, Powered Pallet Jacks, Dock Plates
• Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive shipments; transport product to manufacturing; prepare outbound freight shipments
• Monitor shift performance and efficiency; adjust to meet daily goals
• Coach and develop employees through mentoring and training plans
• Develop and write SOPs, work instructions, and one point lessons
• Operate warehouse machinery (PIT) safely and proficiently
• Assign tasks and monitor warehouse processes with supervisor
• Review paperwork before submission to Quality Control; manage inventory records
• Explain policies and job orders to staff; respond to questions
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
