Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Weekend Third Shift Group Coordinator Lead. The role runs 6:00pm–6:00am on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, with overtime as needed.

Base pay is $21.35/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential, and is located at DHL Supply Chain facilities in the United States. The ideal candidate has 6–12 months in warehouse or logistics leadership, forklift operation experience, and a high school diploma (certificate preferred).

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within the facility (Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting).
• Serve as working lead and primary contact for associates.
• Train associates and monitor production, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure highest customer standards in daily operations.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
