Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead to manage workflow, train associates, and supervise a work group on 2nd shift. The role requires leadership in a warehouse environment, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position pays $22.75 hourly plus a $1 shift differential and reports to a supervisor. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in logistics or distribution leadership, with forklift experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a progressive role within supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution as Team Lead or similar
• 6 months forklift operation experience required; handling stand-up order picker and reach truck; others a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift certificate/training within first 30 days preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work schedules and training for the work group
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the team
• Monitor performance and ensure highest customer standards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Open/close and secure the building; report unsafe conditions
• Communicate practices and procedures to associates
