Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead on the 1st Shift Weekends, Friday through Sunday, 5am–5pm, in Maryland. The role focuses on coordinating work schedules, training associates, and monitoring daily workloads to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• Forklift operation experience 6-12 months.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certificate or completion of forklift-training within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and monitor progress of the work group.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to associates.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Maintain records or logs and ensure accuracy and legibility.
• Review documents prepared by the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
• Train new associates and monitor safety conditions.
