Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and shift schedules to team members.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities and staff.
• Train new employees and support cross-training.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Monitor safety and report unsafe conditions.

Education

Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within first 30 days
