Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Illinois is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead to manage workflow across Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging and Order Selecting. You’ll serve as the working lead and primary contact for associates, guiding daily tasks and priorities.

Shift is Monday–Thursday 6am–4pm with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a warehouse or logistics role with team leadership and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution role with people leadership.
• Experience training associates and providing feedback to improve performance.
• Experience operating stand-up order pickers and reach trucks (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and daily workloads for the work group.
• Train associates and monitor progress to meet performance standards.
• Open/close building and ensure security as directed; report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate procedures and best practices to the team.
