Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Kentucky is seeking a Weekend Day Group Coordinator Lead to supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, train new employees, and support cross-training efforts to ensure accurate receiving and inventory control. Responsibilities include managing shift schedules, leading workflow, and acting as the first point of contact for associates.

A minimum 6 months forklift operation, 6-12 months warehouse experience, and familiarity with WMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff with cross-training support.
• Minimum 6 months forklift operation experience.
• 6–12 months warehouse experience in a lead role.
• Experience using WMS or similar systems (JDA, SAP, Blue Yonder).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and directions to the team.
• Train associates and monitor progress daily.
• Ensure accurate receiving, cycle counts, and inventory control.
• Open/close the facility and communicate safety practices.
• Provide feedback and support to supervisors as needed.
