Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for the Group Coordinator Lead role on the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00pm–7:00am) at our facility. The position focuses on assigning schedules, training, and supervising a work group to meet daily workload demands.

Ideal candidates will have 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a forklift operator certificate within 30 days. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and general labor roles.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to monitor and report on associate progress and workloads.
• Experience documenting logs and maintaining records.
• Must pass forklift training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and train associates.
• Provide day-to-day direction to the work group.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of daily workloads.
• Conduct training for new associates and maintain records.
• Open and close the building and report unsafe conditions.
