Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Lincoln, NE to oversee a warehouse team, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll train staff, optimize workload, and enforce safety while using SAP and WMS to manage inventory and documentation.

A strong focus on customer service and team development is essential. The role requires 2 years in warehousing, 1 year SAP experience, and flexibility for overtime including weekends, with supervision responsibilities

Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee the warehouse team and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team; provide development opportunities.
Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain documents.
Establish and maintain exceptional customer service and safety practices.
Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
Track orders and monitor inventory levels.
Support and uphold the 7S program and a clean work environment.
