Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Lincoln, NE for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 1:30pm–12:00am). You will oversee a team in the warehouse, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive on-time order fulfillment while coaching staff and maintaining safety standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A strong emphasis on customer service and operational excellence is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 year SAP experience.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
