Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee a shift and guide a warehouse team at our Omaha facility. You will manage daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

You’ll train and mentor staff, monitor performance, and uphold safety and company policies while supporting continuous process improvements. A strong background in warehousing and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Properly train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
• Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
