Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee handling of customer products, including loading and unloading. This leadership role assigns work and ensures safety policies are followed to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse personnel, verifying freight, and maintaining quality customer service while coordinating with maintenance for equipment issues. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 1 yr previous forklift experience.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise loading/unloading and outbound processes.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
