Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee the handling of customer products, including loading and unloading, and to assign work to warehouse staff to meet customer needs. Following site safety policies is crucial to the role and to the team’s success.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years in a warehouse setting, and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied temperatures and conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written or oral instruction.
• Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Advise associates on care, handling, and storage of products and use of equipment.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting associates in warehouse functions.
