Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee the handling of customer products, including loading and unloading, and to assign work to warehouse staff. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and efficient operations to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring high levels of customer service while maintaining safe practices and productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to perform physically exerting duties in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written and oral instructions.
• Supervise warehouse tasks.
• Complete reports and records timely.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Advise associates on care and preservation of product and equipment use.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting associates.
• Address safety, quality, and productivity issues with staff.
• Collaborate with other warehouse personnel.
• Follow safety policies to maintain safe conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
