Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse team and area on weekend 2nd shift (6:00pm–6:00am).
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach staff and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Support warehouse management and track orders.
• Adhere to 7S and maintain a clean work environment.
• Protect team health and safety.
