Job summary

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience and 1 year of SAP experience, plus familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A strong safety focus and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Properly utilize the warehouse management system and maintain necessary work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety procedures.
• Interpret and enforce company policies consistently and safely.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate any issues that arise.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
