Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Friday - Monday, 2:00pm - 12:30am) to lead daily warehouse operations.

You will ensure efficient operations, prepare schedules, and coach a team to improve performance while maintaining high customer service standards. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
