Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Warehouse for the Weekend 1st Shift (Friday - Monday, 6:00am - 4:30pm). You will oversee a warehouse team, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment while coaching staff and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. Competitive benefits and health coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment per the 7S program.
• Work safely to protect team members.
