Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a qualified Lead for our warehouse on the 3rd shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00am–8:30am). You will oversee the warehouse team, assign tasks, and coach staff to maintain accuracy and on-time orders.

Key requirements include 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest improvements as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
