Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years logistics experience preferred.
• Operational maritime industry exposure is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Schedule vessel movements across ports and manage multiple calendars.
• Coordinate loadings and deliveries with cargo terminals and vessel agents.
• Maintain clear communication with vessel crews, customers, and trade partners.
• Input cargo nominations and track orders through billing handoffs.
