The Towne Park Guest Service Associate role is centered on delivering exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will manage vehicle parking and retrieval, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to understand time formats and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Provide directions, reservations and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue processes.
