Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC provides exceptional hospitality services to guests, handling parking, luggage, and related needs with a friendly and efficient approach.

Shifts are weekends (Friday 4pm-2am; Saturday 2pm-2am) with a base pay of $15 per hour plus tips, and average tips of $30–$40 per shift. Benefits include insurance options and a 401k. Full description available at Towne Park.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure/certification: Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• Work experience: 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and processes.
• Skills: Reading/writing English; basic math; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Maintain professional demeanor and greet guests using last names when appropriate.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility amenities.
