Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to guests by parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, assisting with luggage, and delivering great service during arrival and departure.

You will work weekends with shifts ranging from early morning to late night, in a fast-paced outdoor environment. We offer accident/illness insurance and a 401k plan, with benefits subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to commute from nearby state.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Basic math, reading, and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them with a friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and delivery/pick up as needed.
• Explain parking rates and handle ticket information accurately.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure.
