Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Regular, full‑time teller to provide timely, accurate client transactions and build rapport while educating customers on digital banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile).

You will support the sales process through outbound calls, address client needs, and apply Integrated Relationship Management principles. The role requires flexiblity for weekends and extended hours, with a base salary of $45,760–$52,500 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs to refer to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and serve clients effectively.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
