Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline or military/police experience.
• Minimum of two years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security personnel on assigned shift.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract compliance and post orders are followed.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and incident reporting.
• Provide direction to subordinates and train staff as needed.
• Identify and implement productivity and cost-reduction ideas.
• Assist in security surveys and post order development.
