Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert troubleshooting for our partners. Weekend shifts are required, and there is 10–20% travel. You will deliver on-site support at partner sites and at trade shows as needed.

You will also contribute to the knowledge base, lead AutoStore Academy trainings, and collaborate with Sales and R&D to ensure service readiness and outstanding partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a hands-on mechanical or electrical technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical discipline preferred (extensive relevant experience may substitute).
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time and work weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases.
• Provide on-site support to partners and at trade shows as needed.
• Attend weekly Technical Support Specialist meetings to stay updated and contribute insights.
• Contribute to the knowledge base with informative troubleshooting articles.
• Lead AutoStore Academy trainings for partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other teams to ensure readiness for service and support.
