Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in New Hampshire to provide expert technical assistance and proactive support for partners. The role includes on-site support, training delivery, and collaboration with Sales and R&D teams, with weekend shifts and regular travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical or electrical technical environment experience is required.
• Good ability to quickly master complex technical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer training aptitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases.
• Provide on-site support to partners and trade shows as needed.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly Technical Support Specialist meetings to stay updated.
• Foster knowledge sharing and contribute to the support knowledge base.
