Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and support to our partners, handling troubleshooting and issue resolution to maintain strong relationships and partner satisfaction. This weekend role includes on-site work and travel as required.

You will respond to incidents and repair cases, contribute to knowledge bases, and participate in AutoStore Academy trainings to share best practices with partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a hands-on mechanical or electrical technical environment.
• Ability to quickly master complex technical systems.
• Strong communication and customer training skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases promptly.
• Provide on-site support to partners and trade shows as needed.
• Attend weekly Technical Support Specialist TSS/TSS Lead meetings to stay updated.
• Contribute to the knowledge base with troubleshooting articles.
• Serve as an instructor in AutoStore Academy trainings for partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other teams to ensure readiness for service.
• Travel 10–20% and participate in on-call rotation.
