Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support partners with incident, spare part, warranty, and robot repair cases. This weekend role requires on-site presence on Saturdays/Sundays and 10–20% travel.

You will contribute to the knowledge base, train partners, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other teams to ensure service readiness and high partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a hands-on mechanical or electrical setting, a related engineering degree

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a hands-on mechanical or electrical technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to master complex technical systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases.
• Provide on-site support for partners and trade shows as needed.
• Attend weekly support meetings to stay updated and share insights.
• Contribute to knowledge base and AutoStore Academy trainings.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other teams to ensure service readiness.
