Zusammenfassung

AutoStore is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of customers through AutoStore's Partner Network. You will engage in technical and business conversations, drive value, and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading reviews, creating resolution documentation, and traveling to partner or customer sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a hands-on mechanical/electrical role.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences.
• Customer and partner-centric approach preferred.
• Willingness to travel to AutoStore or partner/customer sites as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics required.

• Build relationships with assigned partner organizations and ensure success with AutoStore products.
• Review cases across platforms and communicate status with internal and external partners.
• Participate in both technical and business-focused meetings with customers/partners; act as problem solver.
• Create documentation to accelerate future issue resolution.
• Become an expert on AutoStore technology to drive partner value.
• Run regular meetings, monitor system performance, and propose solutions.
