Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver expert technical assistance to partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure partner satisfaction. You’ll handle incident cases, provide on-site support, and contribute to the knowledge base and academy trainings.

Travel 10%–20% is expected, with involvement in weekend shifts and on-call rotations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other teams to ensure readiness for service and support and maintain strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a hands-on mechanical or electrical technical environment.
• Strong ability to learn complex technical systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases promptly.
• Provide on-site support to partners and at trade shows as needed.
• Attend weekly TSS/TSS Lead meetings to stay updated and share insights.
• Meet personal and team KPIs for efficient support delivery.
• Contribute to the knowledge base with troubleshooting articles.
• Serve as an instructor in AutoStore Academy trainings for partners.
• Understand and explain AutoStore technology and business model.
