Job summary

Strategies to Empower People is seeking a Weekend Supervisor for Supported Living Services to oversee direct support staff and work directly in the homes of clients in Yuba, Sutter and Placer counties. The role requires overnight field shifts from Friday 10 p.m.

to Monday 8 a.m., with travel to client homes during both day and night hours. The position is hourly, pays $20–$21 per hour, and includes a 58-hour weekend shift with 40 paid hours plus 18 overtime hours.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two (2) years of experience supervising individuals.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
• Two years of experience with I/DD population is required.
• Must have computer skills and driving ability.
• Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training and feedback for support staff.
• Perform hands-on support and quality assurance visits in clients' homes.
• Represent the agency in medical settings and advocate for clients.
• Communicate with medical professionals during emergencies and document accurately.
